We also counsel clients on employment contracts, including confidentiality provisions, restrictive covenants and non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
In real estate litigation we represent clients with claims to rights to land and real property, purchasers and sellers of real estate, condominiums and cooperatives, and owners and cooperative shareholders in condo and CoOp disputes.
