In the employment context, we represent employees and employers in employment discrimination claims and other employee rights claims brought under the various New York State, City and Federal statutes including, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws. We also counsel clients on employment contracts, including confidentiality provisions, restrictive covenants and non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
In real estate litigation we represent clients with claims to rights to land and real property, purchasers and sellers of real estate, condominiums and cooperatives, and owners and cooperative shareholders in condo and CoOp disputes.
